PT Studnicity

Just a recap on that last diagnostic PT test I took a while back. I got a 271/300 which aint too shabby if you ask me. I was only 3 situps away from my max(80) and I got around 59 push ups. I never really remember my count cuz as soon as I get to my minimum(42) I just lose track and I just push what I can after that. And my run time was 13:45 on a said “2 and a quarter mile” track. I’m not even that disappointed with it either. If indeed the track is a quarter mile over, a 6 minute pace would cover that quarter mile in about 45 seconds….and I hit 45 seconds over my average so I’m not complainin.

Just thought I’d keep you all up to date on my fitness level. I don’t know how I’ll do in the sandbox, but there’s only one way to find out. They say you either lose a ton of weight or you gain a ton. Personally I’m hoping to bulk up while I’m over there.

I remember the good old daze of being a P.T. stud. The sit-up were my speciality… not many joes in my battalion could beat 110 sit-ups in 2 minutes. That’s right all you math wizzes, almost one situp per second. I had a special technique which in retrospect may have contributed to my ailing back pain. Pushups were never my forte but I could run like a rabbit. I heard they changed the way they score PT test which makes it easier to get a higher score… is this true?
